01. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your premium auto care products.

02. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options to get your car care essentials to you as quickly as possible. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹499.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping rate will apply at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

03. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

04. Damages & Issues

We pack our liquids, polishes, and cleaners securely, but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product or notice a leak:

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Take clear photos of the damage.
  • Contact us immediately with your order number so we can make it right and send a replacement.
