01. Returns & Exchange

All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologise and will assist you with a replacement.

  • Please click clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Email us within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

02. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or store credits. Replacement is only applicable in case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

03. Replacement Process

  • Send product photos and order details to our support team.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
  • Products must meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
